What about me
When it comes to talking about myself, I become shy. I will try to make this short and sweet. I am 34 years old born under the sign of Aquarius. I was born on the Island of Jamaica the West Indies and raised there for a short time.
I came to the US at the age of 7 or 8 (I think) and was basically raised in Queens New York. I was born into a huge family Aunts, Uncles, cousins, niece and nephews. I am the second of three children. I have an older sister who I love very much and a younger brother who I adore. My Mom is my heart. She is a positive influence in my Life who is remarkably very strong.
Growing up in New York City was bitter sweet. Most of my memories are fond ones and others were growing pains. Looking back now at my younger years in NYC. I can say now that deep in my heart I knew that I was just passing through and my latter years would be spent somewhere else. Don't get me wrong I LOVE NYC and I am grateful for the time spent there. My body was there but, not my heart.
I moved to North Carolina where I currently reside and met my husband. He too is from the Big Apple. We have been married for five years now and I recently gave birth to our first and only child Kennedy Symone. She is the light of my LIFE. I can't imagine my life without her.
So, here I am again, starting another chapter in my life. The only difference is I intend to write this script myself this time.
One of my first LOVES has always been writing and talking. To me Communication has always been the key ingredient to connecting and repairing relationships.
I hope in some way my thoughts and words can connect with you.
